VAHHS Celebrates Hospital Week 2015

Recognizing the 15,000 Vermonters who work at our community hospitals

May 11-15 is Hospital Week, a time to celebrate and recognize the 15,000 Vermonters who work at our state's community hospitals, and dedicate their lives to taking care of their neighbors and families. It's also a good time to highlight the economic contribution of hospitals to the state: For each job directly provided at a hospital in Vermont, nearly one additional job is supported in our state.

“Hospital Week is a great time to celebrate and recognize that improvements in health care are happening – health care reform is moving forward – thanks to the dedication of the Vermonters working at Vermont’s hospitals,” said Bea Grause, CEO and President of VAHHS.
