Graduate of an approved school of Speech Language Pathology; holds Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology; possesses certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is actively enrolled in clinical fellowship year with supervision by American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) approved mentor; current certification by ASHA; one year of SLP experience preferable; experience in videoflouroscopy strongly desirable.
